AWS Think Big Spaces are designed to provide young people from local communities a place beyond the classroom to explore and cultivate an interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths (STEAM) disciplines.
Our mission is to not only enable young people an opportunity to engage in a range of STEAM experiences but to also enable them to Think Big. To become the confident, creative, collaborative, risk-taking & innovative leaders of tomorrow. To discover the power of digital technology and how they may harness it to shape their world.
We have a range of FREE workshops for primary and secondary schools that will engage and inspire your students. We balance fun and learning in equal measures, enabling your students to discover STEM in a hands-on, engaging approach.
Bringing STEAM to life with the latest technologies from Robotics & VR to Coding & AI, our team of leading facilitators will enable your students the opportunity to discover how they can leverage technology to shape their community and their future and most of all, to Think Big.
The Think Big Space is located in the heart of Tallaght in a central location perfectly suited to serve the community.
With thanks to South Dublin County Council, the Think Big Space is located within The Big Picture youth service centre, shared with Foroige.
There are plenty of options for local transport, with a luas stop just outside and the bus terminal in the Square shopping centre just across the road. You will not be short of options to come join us at the Think Big Space!
